Never again miss or forget notes and ensure you're always organised with this clever Olympus digital voice recorder. It utilises the extremely efficient DSS file format, allowing up to 320 minutes of dictations to be stored on the integrated 16 MB flash memory. This provides sufficient space to record up to 99 messages in each of its two available folders. An LCD panel assists in the management of this device's numerous digital features - including insertion of new sections into previously recorded messages as well as setting a user ID for simplified author identification. The optionally available PC Data Transfer Kit facilitates connection between the DS-320 and a computer. Using the special DSS Player transcription software, the flexibility and appeal of this model is further enhanced.
